The Services are provided by Puneet Arora ("Research Analyst", “we”, “us”, or “our”), registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as a Research Analyst. This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through the website i.e. www.tradewithpuneet.com, and/or any related services, sales, marketing, or events (collectively referred to in this privacy policy as the "Site"). 

When you visit our Site and use our services, you trust us with your personal information. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. We seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. The personal and sensitive information we collect generally consists of name, contact details (including telephone and e-mail), demographic information such as postcode, preferences, and interests, and the TradingView username of the prospective client in order to give him access to our trading indicator/strategy.

Information collected from other sources

We may obtain information about you from other sources, such as public databases and from other third parties. Examples of the information we receive from other sources include social media profile information from social logins; search results and links, including paid listings (such as sponsored links) or www.tradingview.com website on which our strategies and indicators are viewed.

Use of your information
We process your information for improving the services based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you (contractual purposes), compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent. We use the information we collect or receive for the following purposes:

  • To facilitate account creation and logon process with your consent. If you choose to link your account with us to a third party account (such as your Google or Facebook account), we use the information you allowed us to collect from those third parties to facilitate account creation and logon process.

  • To send administrative information to you for business purposes, contractual purposes, and legal reasons.

  • To send you a product, service, and new feature information and/or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.

  • We may use your information for contractual reasons such as to fulfill and manage your orders, payments, returns, and exchanges made through the Site.

  • To request feedback and to contact you about your use of our Site.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
